We are pleased to introduce the KL-TCC-M7, the new touchscreen version of the existing KL-TCC controller, designed for use with the SGT-CC electric screwdriver series.
The KL-TCC-M7 retains the current-controlled fastening technology of the KL-TCC series while upgrading the previous small display and button-operated interface to a touchscreen for easier parameter setup and fastening monitoring. Communication has also been updated to Modbus TCP/RTU.
🔧 UPDATE HIGHLIGHTS
- Touchscreen operation
Replaces the previous button-operated interface, allowing users to set fastening parameters and view fastening results directly on the touchscreen. - On-screen fastening curves
View torque/time, angle/time, and torque/angle curves for process analysis and troubleshooting. - Updated communication protocol
Communication now uses Modbus TCP/RTU for integration with production control and data collection systems.
⚙️ FUNCTION NOTE
The downshift function cannot be configured when Angle is selected as the fastening target. Please consider this limitation when planning your fastening sequence.
