1. Software Upgrade Overview
- KL-GTCS upgraded from V1.29 → V1.31
The updates prepared in V1.30 (not officially released) were consolidated and included in this release version.
- iDAS program upgraded from V1006 → V1008
(V1007 reserved for internal validation and not released)
To ensure full functionality, iDAS must be upgraded to V1008 when using KL-GTCS V1.31.
2. A new command was added to Modbus in KL-GTCS V1.31.
a. Modbus 465 – Confirm Status
OK all stop confirm status
NG stop confirm status
b. Modbus 784 – Intelligent Threshold Angle
Modbus normal job reverse threshold angle
c. Modbus 1030 – Advanced Threshold Angle
Modbus advanced job reverse threshold angle
d. Modbus 1086 – Reserve
Reserved field for future use.
e. Barcode Handling
Barcodes can include blank (space) characters.
f. Interface Options
Added multi-language options
Added multi-language setting environment
3. Shipment Notice
- KL-GTCS units scheduled for shipment on or after December 23, 2025 are installed with version V1.31.
